1. Acceptance

By installing or using NestSafe you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Account

NestSafe does not require an account to use the core features. For Family-tier cloud sync, a minimal account is created tied to your App Store or Play Store identity.

3. Your data

You are solely responsible for the content you store. We cannot recover your data if you forget your PIN — we do not have the encryption key. Make a backup and store your PIN safely.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not store illegal content.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or circumvent the security of the app.
  • Do not use NestSafe for activities that violate any applicable laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act 2000 (India) or equivalent in your jurisdiction.

5. Subscription

Family tier is a recurring subscription via Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancellation and refunds are handled by the respective store. Pricing may vary by region and may change with notice.

6. Warranty disclaimer

NestSafe is provided "as is". While we engineer it to be secure, no software is bug-free. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestSafe's liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the prior twelve months. For free-tier users this is zero.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance.
